About Us
Welcome to Seek Out Life—where every day sparkles with possibility and even the simplest moments can become something extraordinary. We’re here to ignite your curiosity, lift your perspective, and celebrate the beauty of living fully.
From the Founder
"I built Seek Out Life because I kept looking for a publication that treated curiosity as a lifestyle—not a personality type or a luxury. Adventure, purpose, growth: these aren't categories. They're a disposition. And I wanted a home for the people who already live that way, and the ones who are working their way toward it."
— Agatha Sandström, Founder & Editor-in-Chief

The Spaces We Explore
Everyday Adventure
A fuller life does not always begin with a plane ticket or a dramatic leap. Sometimes, it starts with taking a different route, trying something unfamiliar, or noticing what has been hiding in plain sight. These stories and ideas make room for curiosity, spontaneity, and small discoveries that bring fresh energy to ordinary days.
Work & Purpose
A career is more than a title, a salary, or a straight climb toward the next milestone. It is an evolving part of life shaped by ambition, circumstance, curiosity, and the need for work that fits who we are becoming. Expect thoughtful guidance on navigating change, strengthening confidence, building useful skills, and creating a professional life with room for meaning.
Personal Growth
Growth rarely arrives in a neat, predictable line. It often shows up through changed priorities, uncomfortable questions, quiet realizations, and the decision to keep moving when the next step is unclear. The focus is on the habits, perspectives, and inner shifts that help us become more grounded, capable, and honest about the lives we want to build.
Our Editorial Team
At Seek Out Life, our team is a vibrant mix of adventurous spirits and storytelling enthusiasts.
Agatha Sandström
Agatha was a chef for years before she followed her curiosity in a new direction. Wanting something more, she began traveling to different countries and found herself drawn to culture, everyday adventure, and personal growth. That path eventually led her to create Seek Out Life.
Daniel Everett
Daniel writes about personal growth the way a good friend would talk about it—with a healthy respect for how hard change actually is. He spent a decade working in behavioral change research before pivoting to writing, and the combination shows: his pieces are grounded in real evidence but never feel clinical.
Hannah Skelly
Hannah is a trained wilderness guide turned writer, which means she thinks about risk, preparation, and presence in a way most adventure writers don't. Her pieces make the outdoors feel genuinely accessible—not because she's simplified it but because she's thought hard about the real barriers between a person and the trail. She's also an exceptional photographer who insists on leaving the camera behind for the first hour of every new place.
Charlie Greene
Charlie is the kind of editor who notices the side street café, the neighborhood ritual, the local custom, and the atmosphere that never makes it into a typical travel guide. With years spent shaping destination features and cultural travel stories, he brings a thoughtful, well-traveled perspective that makes readers want to go beyond the obvious and experience a place with more sensitivity and style.
Aisha Rahman
Aisha covers the intersection of ancient practices and contemporary living with an eye for what's actually transferable versus what's been lost in translation. She's studied meditation traditions across South and Southeast Asia, practiced yoga before it was a market, and writes about it all with a refreshing resistance to the glossy. Her pieces on ritual, solitude, and daily practice have become some of our most-saved pieces—quiet in tone, resonant in impact.
Jerome Reinholt
Jerome spent more than a decade moving through project management, nonprofit operations, and employee development before making a career change in his late 30s. That nonlinear path shaped his interest in the decisions that rarely fit into standard career advice: staying in a stable role that no longer feels right, changing direction without wasting past experience, and separating meaningful work from the pressure to find a perfect calling.
